Discreetly AI is a product of Mantrax Software Solutions ("Mantrax," "we," "us," or "our"), incorporated in Ontario, Canada, with a registered office at 146 Thirtieth Street, Suite 100 Etobicoke, ON M8W 3C4. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit discreetlyai.com (the "Site") or engage with us as a prospective or existing client.
This policy applies to our marketing website and sales process. It does not describe how client data is processed within a deployed Discreetly AI instance — that is governed by the applicable client agreement and Data Processing Addendum, since Discreetly AI is deployed on client-controlled infrastructure and Mantrax does not access client document content as part of normal operation.
